Chef's Table Dinner


Idea Dinners is an invite-only experiential dinner party for the culinary curious. Each dinner takes place in unique locations throughout Miami and gives you exclusive access to chefs, mixologists and likeminded creatives and innovators.

Join us on July 25 for a special dining event at the home of Miami chef Andy Bates. 

Our first dinner will take place at the home of Andy Bates, a Miami chef and owner of The Avenue. Andy is the star of The Food Network UK’s Andy Bates Street Feasts series, which follows him as he travels to explore street food across the world. He is also a regular contributor on the channel as well as on the BBC series, Food & Drink. As the owner of his own specialist British food company ‘Eat My Pies’, Andy has been bringing the best of British food back to the public for 10 years before leaving London and moving to Miami.

During the dinner on July 25 Andy will prepare a Basque Feast inspired by his travels in Spain. The dinner includes a welcome cocktail, wine pairings with dinner and a four course feast including an appetizer, starter, main course and dessert.

The menu includes the following four courses:

🍴Manchengo cheese balls with chili & apple jam

🍴Ajoblanco: cold almond + garlic soup

🍴Whole monkfish tail stuffed with chorizo and fennel sausage wrapped in serrano ham on a bed of samphire and muscles with romesco sauce

🍴Baked basque cheese cake & port for dessert
